Impacted providers

Below is a list of providers who will no longer be participating in the BlueCare network beginning Nov. 1, 2026. This list will be updated regularly to reflect the latest information.

Fast Pace Health Urgent Care
Fast Pace Health is an urgent care provider with clinic locations across Tennessee. This network change affects BlueCare, TennCareSelect and D-SNP members.

While this is an urgent care provider, some BlueCare members have also chosen Fast Pace as their primary care provider (PCP). Our teams are working to transition these impacted members to new PCPs to ensure continuity of care.

BlueCare members requiring urgent care services should seek an alternative in-network provider. Members can use our mobile app or website, or call if they need help finding a different provider.

What this means for you

Your benefits, according to your plan details, will not change.

As always, emergency care is covered as in-network, and BlueCare members experiencing a true emergency should always go to the closest emergency facility. A medical emergency is defined as an acute illness or sudden injury that poses an immediate threat to an individual’s life or long-term health.

Other services would be considered out-of-network, but federal protections under the No Surprises Act limit balance billing for emergency care and certain non-emergency services. We encourage our members to seek care from in-network providers so they can make the most of their benefits, and we can help members find providers in their network.

We’ll continue to provide updates on the situation here. If you have additional questions, please call the Member Service telephone number on the back of your ID card for assistance.

Why it matters

Adjusting our BlueCare network helps us manage rising health care costs while maintaining access to high-quality care.
